Well I get 40fps everytime.
Here's some of my system specs:
2600 MHZ Pentium 4
256 kingston ddr
Intel Extreme graphics (cheap replacement for a video card :laughlong: )
Connection 56k V.92
So its 40 fps everytime not lower or higher
