tiger uppercut(just love that attack): down, forward, down, forward, and punch
tiger knee: down, back, and kick
e honda

head butt: hold back for 2 seconds, then down, forward, and punch
hundred hand slap: press punch rapidly
butt smash: down, back, kick
dhalsim:

yoga fire: down, forward, punch
yoga flame: back, down, forward, punch
areial spin kick: jump as high as you can and press hgih kick
areial head smash: jump as high as you can and press high punch
teleport: I never did it( I rarely use dhalsim )
