He doesn't have a banner.. that's just an image.. :biggrin:
Anyway... I'm not one of the Einsteins in creating banners.. but check around the forum, you'll see some of the members who specialize in creating banners for others.. I suggest you email them and tell them what you want.. :biggrin:
On the other hand, if you need help with strategies, I'll be glad to lend you a hand. :biggrin:
