ok, whenever we d/l a program, (instant messengers, gator password, or java) the usual defualt is theres always a message box that pops up but the computer im using doesnt have any

Im trying to d/l again shockwave player but theres no security warning box popping so that i can click "yes" and begin my installation

i think the setting problem lies over here

now i wanna know what i need to enable or prompt??? help??? ???
