its LP LP FORWARD LK HP and in TAG with TURBO mode on, its so hard to do cause ya gotta do it so fast that your partner doesn't have time to come out, and you'll do it, playing it in NORMAL mode allow you to actually have time to input the keys and not be so fast while doing it.

it works everytime i play in 1 on 1 no tag, but everytimes i play i tag, its too damn hard and my partner usually comes out making me lose half a bar !

as for shinakuma, well yeah he can do it at level 1 but the move is far from hitting you 60% of your helath like the real akuma, it more hitting like 20% which 1/3 of what the move normally would do !

its actually quite normal to do so !
doing at levekl hit 60%
doing it at level 1 means dividing 60% damage per level used, so 20% per level !

see he balanced the thing.
oh and SHIN AKUMA RD takes a lot less time to accomplish in itself !
i mean that i barely have the time to shot the guy, i do sometimes but i barely have time to. contrary to AKUMA where the move is seen coming like a mile away !
