Good LORD... I don't know SFA3 tiers beyond top, but you are just flat-out wrong. Characters do have advantages, and I'm really tired of having to say it. is that so, then why is fighting all about mistakes people do ?
cause no fighter doesn't do mistakes, and statistically speaking as you seem to always end up using, those stats you use never judge any fighter from their own point of view !
many ises this char and this char in a fight and in tourney's so what ? have you even considered the fact that many charcaters were liked way better just because they looked better then other to that user !
in X-MEN MUTANT ACADEMY 2 i use nightcrawler the most, why ? not because he is supposedly the best which i'm sure isn't, but because i just simply like it ! he's my fav xmen that's all !
same goes for many many many many users including those in TOURNEY's, they all use the char they like, not the char they have the most chance to win because that char is top tier or anything like that crap !
they play with character they trained with, they play to show to the world that they are good, your TIER things, goes against that, why ? because it says that reguardless of the player, the character make that user get moe chances !

anyway, i don't know who would have won blanka, user against user, you never know what can happen in a fight ! so to know who won by those pics, you can't say, all we can do is pick on randomly who could have won it !
