this is what i mean...by i get hit bad by lag...A (pip dont swear) whole DAM minute omg mines lasts 5 seconds...in my screen im pulling off like 4 specials and totally raping some1 while there still dion one move and its made even worse that i live in england...dam slow cpus.
man this is why 56k owns they lag all the moves out....
i remember the one game againts wrestlmania he had like 300 wins zero losses so i thought id play him took me 35 minutes to beat him with over 60 specials...and im being serious..
on average id do like 20- 40 on people like italy. re2, digitalfighter....

Its not your cpu. Its your video cards. Because a low end video card can only go so many fps (frames per second). If the game your playing is going faster than what your video card can handle. Then you get lag.
