YOU CAN'T!! Mwahahahahaha!!!!! Umm... Just wait a couple of weeks Jack. It takes about a month to add one character. Also, you seem to be asking a lot of silly questions such as, "How do you block?" so I'm guessing you're new to the fighting games scene. And Ryo is another character from the SNK games.....I think.
