*looks at his title !*
i'm here for those things !

1 - open windows normally
2 - double-click with the left mouse button onto the MY COMPUTER icon
3 - Double-click with the left button on the C: drive
4 - search in all folders to find the software you seek
5 - delete the folder itself
6 - click with the left mouse button on the START button.
7 - click on RUN
8 - type REGEDIT then press ENTER
9 - click on EDIT
10 - click on FIND
11 - type in the box BANNER MAKER
12 - delete all keys that has that string in them.
13 - close the REGISTRY and RESTART WINDOWS

that should get rid of it, but its not a 100% sure of it and playing with the registry is not hard, but everything in there is considered hazardous to play with. but if you do what i said exactly, then you shouldn't have a problem !

it happens a lot that windows 95/98/ME will not UNINSTALL softwares after installing them, its an internal problem with windows itself, nothing can be done about it ! except perhaps having a better windows like 2000/XP !

give me feedback if there is something you need to know, just ask the COMPUTER FREAK !
