Biggie hands down. I think anyone who knows anything about the rap game should knwo that biggie had the best flow the cooldest lines and the best attitude towards the game. I mean come on look at what the guy says in some of his singles

that verse it just cold. Put a verse on that better than that and I'll hit you with one of biggies best.
