The game was stale that it didn't matter, there wasn't anyone that was vying for who to be the best, this is the main fact that there were no tournaments (WT doesn't count as a tournament, since many don't participate in it, and it's not organized, and to add on that, people aren't in a situation where if they win this, they'll lose for good). Also, those other bullpoop tournaments (no offense to the creators) tournaments don't count either. Those tourneys were way unorganized, and was inconsistent.
And no, you didn't get better, that was you when you were high.

Nferno is not as at his prime anymore, and hasn't been since a month after this game started. Nferno was a beast in Sept. 2001, I would easily without a doubt consider him the best that month, he fell off right after and I can tell. He is more predictable (Even though being predictable is veyr easy in this game), and has less X-Factor, meaning he doesn't push himself over the edge even though he blatantly admits he does.
By the way, Nferno lost in the 1st round by a mid tier *****. He's not that good, but you don't seem to understand that.

Why are old people, or people who have done something for a long time useful? Because they have wisdom. Who are the smartest people in the world? Wise people. Are Wisdom and wise the same? They aren't spelt the same, but their definitions are right on the money with eachother. Personal experiences are the smartest that this game can get, and guess which people have the most personal experience? Even though I haven't been much into the game for the past year, I'm always watching matches and listening on match scenarios, this doesn't mean that I'm a dead horse, it just means that I passed on my talent to others, or so in that statement.
Pip, listen for a moment. What happens to people that have forethought? They get killed. What happens to people with big egos? they get killed. What happens to hypocrites? They get laughed up. Shut the flip up, and think before you post. You weren't here from the beginning, no matter how you say you came here on December 2001, you were never here from the beginning.
