watch the language, pip..that is not it at all....it is basically the VIP version of village idiot--if its a minor offense, i make you a /\/00b ViP, and then later return your VIP status if you behaved well....if you continue acting badly, i make you a Village Idiot, and once a VIllage idiot, your VIP status can NEVER be returned..../\/00b ViPs have fewer privelegaes than most VIPs, such as not being able to create topics in VIP section....they also miss some priveleges that normal users have
