Ok ive tried the ctrl+alt+delete but everything looks ok there. Only the important programs are running. Also these ads are not of nake women or any form of pornography but yet there of toolbars like mysearch and "about
:blanks". Sometimes i get that "internet washer" popup. EEw it makes me mad cuz when i play runescape or get on mIRC, the pop-up interrupt my typing.
Also i have went through all my files on my computer and deleted unknown files. I restart my computer and those irritating pop-ups are still there. Theres gotta be a different way to get rid of them.
EDIT- I figured out what the problem was. I found this program on my computer called TV T-media. That was what was causing all of the problems. I tried to remove it but it said that windows was using it. AFter i turned every program i was running off..it still was being used..so i had no choice but to get rid of it from safe mode.
For anyone who has this same problem -
All i did was i went to start, run, typed in: msconfig, then a dialog box popped up..click advance..then towards the bottom theres something that says "enable start up menu"..check that and restart. After that it will prompt you to start it in normal mode or safe...choose safe and then from there delete your file...Afterwards, during safe mode, go back to start, run, msconfig, and uncheck "enable startup menu"...then restart and your problem is gone
