Here is the answer you want. Sneak into the main office and find the class romm phone line and put the call-out to loud speaker so her whole class period can hear your voice.(I did this once man she went looking for me)

Well anyway say this when you do it:

Attention,Attention (Say the teacher's name and the subect and class period)Attention,Attention,(Repeat again).This is John(Don't say your whole name)...well this is a special annocement.There is a young lady in your class she holds the keys to my heart and soul.To me she has the voice of a Siren that could capture the attention of any boy or man. I realize she has a man,but just the idea of her is enough to give me the strenght to fight any challenge to just be near her....

This girl.....this girl is (Say here whole name...every part of it) she is heaven on earth and even if she would never want me as her boyfriend that would be ok...because even as a friend she is amazing..... She is my view of perfection....and I love her.....

Well that well be all for this annocement...please continue your class period

She will be shocked,but amazed that someone cared for her that much even if she has a boyfriend (Don't say your whole name because of her Boyfriend I'm not trying to get you into a fight......but if you did fight him that would only prove how much you like her.....it would be better if you lost the fight also....because then she would know with out a doubt you want here for good intensions)
