2000warrior: Basically, the forums were dead and no efforts were being made to create an actual site, so when the year of service began to near, Rich decided not to pay another $98 to keep it up for another year....cuz basically there was no point, all Mallarky was was a dead forum and a way for me to host unlimited sigs and avs for free.
