"Super" no its called rage kid. When raged of course your str will increase and speed but doing this will burn alot of energy, so your rage wont last forever. (usely ppl bust out in rage in fights)

And bob you got to be the biggest jackass ever; to much oxygen in muscles what kind of mess is that. Try holding your breath when runing lol.

Oh i got a question energy is mainly used to move around and stuff. Producing energy outside of your body and forming it into something wont that take alot of energy out of you? And does it always have to be shaped in a ball? And whats the use of doing it if u can only form it?
