karma you cant lift an infinate amount of weight because it takes weeks, months or even years to increase the amount you can hold by a considerable amount and the constant strain on you're muscles would damadge them instead of making them stronger.

oh and you made a couple mistakes in you're posts.

1: you're blood doesn't thicken when you exercise, it's just that you're muscles require more oxygen than they normally do so you're heart rate increases so that it can get the blood to you're muscles faster and you're breathing becomes faster and deeper to try to get enough oxygen into you're body.

and

2:you dont have air running through you're muscles, all it is is that there are blood capilliaries running along the surface of the muscles which are only about 1 cell thick so that the oxygen and glucose (which are pretty much the only things in blood cells except maybe carbon monoxide from pollution) can easily diffuse through the cell membrane and into the cells in the muscles so that they can continue to contract and relax.


ps. if you're gonna learn about biology i suggest you find something better to learn from than the magic school bus
