the charges would have been even lower then that !

other thigns people must know, MARVEL don't really cared if this site was using characters that they own.
they probably shutted it down because tmyapp made time out of that site !

even if it was donations, he received time for it. so MARVEL decided to shut it down !

cause really...
i can give you a lot of site and mods for other sites that were made with MARVEL chars and marvel never shutted them down.

like i said, if this site never had any time.
and if it was giving credits to marvel and capcom for their chars.
and if the site was telling the visitors that it was in no way affiliated with marvel.

then and and only then, would have MARVEL considered it.
but its just guessings, there is no way to actually get the truth about this shut down of their !

why do i guess it was because of time ?
CAPCOM and MARVEL are big companies, surely one of the bosses have internet and surely are they looking at the products. so by searching on internet they would have found this site about 3 months after it has been released for the first time. since this site was going on for almost two years now. it is evident that the VIP things made them do something !

that's my guess anyway.
MARVEL were in their rights, but we were also in our rights to make a tribute to the best company ever !

so in a way, both were in law !
