i mean they weren't anything about marvel were they ?
and as far as i am concerned, they can't shut down a forum because it has people talking about marvel characters ! because it goes against the FREEDOM OF SPEECH LAW !
i know a lot of sites that won their cause in court against big companies cause the the companies tryed to shut them down. of course the company had what they wanted cause the forums couldn't stay online cause of financial problem due to the court itself !
but anyway...
the site was in trouble but the forum never was...
by the law, we have the rights to talk about whatever we want to. its called FREEDOM OF SPEECH and they cannot shut down a forum because it is only speekings and discussions !
