As much as HATE what Marvel did, I agree with them. I seriously thought that this site was aprt of Marvel, and now that I find out it wasn't, I undestand why they took legal action.
Marvel has a copyright or their characters, and nobody should distrubte them without Marvel's written autorization. This site extend to the point of not only distributing the characters, but making a fully playable site that was very similar to to Marvel's site, which it totally out of the question.
This site could have easily lowered Marvel's marketing becuase not many people would by a site if they can play it online, and for free.
Again, I really hate that XvsSF has to be, litteraly trashed away but we have to face the truth;hwoever, not all is lost, you could easily change the character's graphics, sounds, and special attacks, and create a whole new site free of restrictions!
