Um, dude really, there's no such thing as a thousand million. A thousand million is the equivalent to one billion. Look at it this way:

Nine Hundred Million is 900,000,000
One thousand million is 1,000,000,000

Whenever you move to another three-digit range, it changes. The first 3-digit range is the HUNDREDS. Then the THOUSANDS. Then the MILLIONS. Then the TRILLIONS.

1 = one
10 = ten
100 = one hundred
1,000 = one thousand
10,000 = ten thousand
100,000 = one hundred thousand
1,000,000 = one million
10,000,000 = ten million
100,000,000 = one hundred million
1,000,000,000 = one billion

What you thought was one thousand million is really one trillion.
