can you make a banner of me?please?well if you can here

i want a lambrogini and ryu standing on top of it?
the background color i want aqua blue but both ryu and the lambrogini have to be blue.plus i want it with little straight lines going across and i want it to say XvsSFand 3 dots...
and ppleeeeeeasssse make it transparent and if you cant do it please tell me
