no.. thats not a bug... its a feature (and a good one if u ask me)

while u can't play the game till it loads 100%, u can still go to chat and spend u'r time there (talking to people... and not flooding the forum i hope *cough*) ... beats staring @ the loading screen (which could be 10+ min for some people) :biggrin:
