Ok new strategy and this one is for Wolverine against Cyclops. Most cyclop users will also tend to stay away from Wolverine( most people do), they will move to one side and shoot optic blasts till there level bars get to a level and then they will hit you good. So what you need to do is get close to cyclops and with him just shooting optic blasts at you it wont be ez. So what you'll need to do is normal jump in the air and perform a drill claw to know him off guard. Then perform a bb and get him cornerd. From there you can begin to rape him. you have to put into fact that wolverine is at a disadvantageto anyone who has a projectile. You need to overcome that factor first.

Wolverine vs. Cyclops
-Many cyclops users will stay away and shoot optic blasts tilll there level gets up so you will need to normal jump and drill claw. I might not have said this before but if you oppenent is about to perform a speical try to cancel it out with wolves jab.
