Hmmmm.....I use AI-R (Adobe ImageReady), but the process should be somewhat the same for your ASP....

After you make the animation, go to File and Save As or Save Optimized As, and it should either give you the choice to save it as a GIF, or have GIF already selected as it's default.

Once you save it on your comp (as a gif), then you host it, and then display it the same way you would display any normal pic.
