And Tarken is right Akuma was at 40% so he will come quick, all he needs to do is change speed,size of hadouken, change voice,color hadouken of, input pic of him when u win and do hyper, and add diffrent color suits, Annoucer saying Akuma!, input artwork of akuma himslef then add on his moves (like the overhead chop) and hypers.
