i think dante would beat blade because of his agility and swordsmanship skillz.
well in the first blade movie Blade had to fight Decon Frost who also had amazing agility and speed so i dont see how that would help Donte...then again i have no idea what Devil May Cry is so maybe i should stay out of this debate ???
