not bad, but i suggest you try other pics of wolvie
look for some of the arts of leinil francis yu, adam kubert, adam pollina...
using animated gifs on banners isnt bad but wolvie's animated BBX is being/getting abused by most taggers and banner holders, its getting obsolete, try to focus on wolvies pic itself
as for the font, try something powerful/striking fonts that would easily catch the attention of the looker
no offense but the font you used is KINDA SOFT for the one of the best wolvie users in the community
as for the background, try something powerfull color as well, dark blue, gray or crimson red wouldnt hurt
