Once you become a "very important person" which is V.I.P either by donating $5.00 or more or doing something important. Once you do you can selete the "evil ryu" which only V.I.Ps get. Then you'll be able to the the Raging Demon- LP+LP + forward + LK+HP its not that cool I much rather see Megamans hyper combo....
