the title says it all, but i'm gonna recap for those who don't know what's its all about !

a year ago, there was those ##### that were invading all the forum sections with questions about how to do the moves and all, they were really annoying because there was no section for them to post their questions in !

i suggested to have a ####IE HELP section !
the idea grew a lot faster then i thought and like a week later, the section was born.

i was like:"what the hell ! so fast ?" i must add that ####IE HELP wasn,t a good name for it, even tho people founded it great. it became NEW MEMBERS HELP, which is better, but still, my original idea was more of a QUESTION AND ANSWER section then a new members help.

now i ask it again, but this time i give you a choice...
1 - rename the NEW MEMBER HELP to QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS !
2 - Create a new section which will be called that way QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS !

its just that i found that lots of questions still doesn'T have their places in some sections... they aren't placed well because the guys aren't new members anymore and they don't want to post in there. with a new section called Q&A, they wouldn't be posting in any other section anymore, they would really have a place to post all kind of questions, including if they are vets or new, they would have a place where they are sure to get an answer and not an insult !

the choice is yours !
