anyone can host a tourney... but i believe since theres only 1 character that there can only be 1 ryu vs ryu event... but your best bet is talking to tmyapp for details... but 1 thing i do know for sure he's not gonna be creating 100 custom coloured ryu's so if your planning on hosting an event and wanna get a custom prize you better have a plan
