Actually, we're waiting for Hibiki to find proof that Gill:

1) Has unlimited power, and can use as many attacks as he wants w/o energy loss
2) Can launch a Seraph Wing instantly
3) Can launch infinite Seraph Wings
4) That even while dead, his spirit can still fight
5) That Seraph Wing is a one-hit kill, no exceptions
6) That Gill is immortal and can never die.

So until Hibiki finds this proof (which will never happen), DBZ's won. Because if he finds this proof, there would be only one solution (and I'm not revealing it just yet)

Besides, I already found the proof:
-Gill is not immortal, but is a genetically engineered human (of some sort). If he dies, his spirit CANNOT fight, and if he dies, he's dead. The corporation he works for doesn't create another body for his soul (despite Tarkan's contradiction)
-Gill does not have unlimited power.
-Gill cannot launch Seraph Wing instantly and infinitely.
