listen, you don't wanna believe in this... do as you please !
but it has been a fact for many centuries that the human body is generating energy. why is that so, because without energy, the human body wouldn't have the force to move a single muscle. now i ask you... if that energy crap like you say it is, doesn't exists... what is making you live and move ? your brain ?, your muscles, your heart ? don't make me laugh... all those things need energy !

another question...
if energy doesn't exists, how come it is considerered energy when you just swipe your hand in front of you ?
get real guys, energy exists ! that is a fact that all scientist have been telling since more then a hundred years !
you all think of DBZ, that's why your saying its crap.
we know, its not gonna be like DBZ ever ! that's a cartoon and we know that.
but as a fact, energy manipulation do exists, its just that it is the base a human can do !

for my part, doing an energy ball is not the best way of being STUPID, its the best way to focus your mind on one thing. when i said coolness, i meant about yourselves. being cool doesn't just mean you're looking good in public you know ! it also means that you are free of mind and very calm. that is the coolness i was talking about !

again... you don't believe this thing, i'm ok with that. we aren't holding you to this topic, if you come to see our posts, then do it, but don't go around telling us how fool we are because we do this, if you don't like this topic, then just ignore it !

now unto what i was saying...


elena: its not like DBZ is, you're never ever gonna see that energy. but it can take long enough to actually do, it all depends on yourself. are you the kind that is not capable of focusing for more then 30 seconds ? are you the kind that is telling it will not work even if i try hard ?

if one of these come into mind, then it will be hard to make... you really must be focused, don't think of anything else except that you want your energy between both hands !

i'll tell what hapenned the first time i did it...

i was young, about 8 years from now...
i was like listening to a friend that told me he was able to control aura's around people.
i started to understand his ways, then my other friends in the group started saying things such as energies.
then i started thinking about it.
i putted my hand in front of me.
then i placed my hands like they were holding an ICE-BALL.
you know when its winter.
then i cleared my mind. it didn't worked at first.
but i wasn't really trying. then the next day i did the same.
my hands were very close but didn't touched each others.

know what hapenned someday...
i almost burned my hands with the air between them !
don't know what hapenned...
i was doing it again, then the air got hotter and hotter.
at one point i thought, its normal, my hands are giving heat to the air, that's normal.
but then again, the air was so hot that my hands started to hurt a bit, not much tho.
i cancelled everything, my hands going to each side of my person.
i was like... "WHAT THE HELL ? my hands aren't generating that much heat, it must be something else. "
then i continued and continued to train, that how i first discovered my inner energy.
believe it or not, after ten days of training here and there between classes.
i hapenned to actually do an energy ball.
my friends weren't believing me, but i did one again, then i told him put your hand in between.
want to know what hapenned ?
he couldn't believe it... the air in between was moving like a rotating ball. it was hotter then the normal also.
tho it didn't take long before i lose my concentration in that situation, the ball fastly disolved !
but my friend was like "UNBELIEVABLE !"

see... it always will depend on yourself and how you can react to such things, the most important to know... is that concentration is all you need. you just need to believe in it and concentrate enough to bring it out. sometimes, its very hard to do. with time. it will be easier and easier !
