It's decent . . . still, like everyone's said, it needs more filters.
-background needs more detail
-the sprites are all too evenly spaced out.(Try having the big Ryu pic on the left side like you have it, and cluster the sprites on the right. In the middle, you put your name, but make it funky'n snazzy.)
