I knew it was somewhere along those lines.

As far as feedback goes, it might be the way you are accustomed to making your webpages all one type of color (all that I've seen are), but maybe you should add a bit more color besides the ones in your pictures. As long as the colors are not too horribly contrasting each other. Some extra graphics and/or logos throughout the site may add some more 'zest' to it. The rest of the layout seems fine to me

NOO!! MORE THAN TWO COLOURS AND AN OFFSET!! HAS THE WORLD GONE MADE!?!

Well my second version of SK has 4-5 shades of blue, does that count??
