Why don't non-vip memebers get evil ryu tmyapp I want to play him bad

. I want to become a vip but It would be immpossible for me send the money beacuse other problems (not that I don't have it or anything). So again I ask why don't non-vip members get to pick evil ryu I don't like you man damn u!!! :angryfire:
