Gen is a wily assassin who uses legendary fighting techniques. He continues to fight bloody battles, even though he is ill. What he desires now more than anything is a "death match..." And so he searches for a worthy foe...Gen is also a fighting legend in Hong Kong and many young fighters seek him out. Gen knows many of these fighters do not have what it takes so he ignores them. He would teach a fighter only if they showed great potential. His son, Lee, fought in the first Street Fighter tournament. Yun and Yang are his grandchildren.
