asshole: You're right.. there was no official announcement against hate topics. However, there was this announcement against excessive hate/flaming

As for why I prefer to see a clean forum where people settle their arguements outside of the forum... well, because flaming leads to wastes of our time like this, and posts that are utterly baseless in reason and in ability to make a clear arguement why you're superior to your rival such as this, idiocy and stupidity such as this one, oh and let us not forget how EVERYONE can gang up on a new member for no reason at all, just like this topic right here. Perhaps you already forgot about Sportschick155's recent little "war" against Lordcyris and how poor that made the forums look.. but I havn't, and I know exactly what a lot of hatred and flaming brings.

My reasoning is simple:

Flaming topics lead to people loating each other, resulting in many words of hatred/flame being spread, more people getting sucked into the arguement, and nothing getting solved. And not only does it make the xvssf community a much worse place to post/reside in, it also makes the forum look like ####, and so it would become, if such a thing were allowed to continue.

If you review all of those topics, every single one of them consisted of flaming without reason (no, saying you don't like someone else is NOT a justifiable reason to flame them openly). In fact I have NEVER seen a justifiable flame topic, and I implore you to try and find one on this forum. If you can do this simple task I will most assuradly withdraw my arguements

But if you cannot provide this, I will (continue to) find no basis for your arguement, thus closing this topic
