It would be far too easy to bring in Akuma, since he has the same powers as Ryu, and they can be acheived the same way. There's a lot of characters in X-Men vs Street Fighter, and most aren't Shotokan people. Why not actually reflect the diversity by putting more of the X-Men in it, or at least Street Fighter characters who don't go, "Hadoken"? It seems to me that it's the X-Men's turn anyway. If players are desperate for a character with energy beams I direct your attention to Cyclops, who can actually aim his super optic blasts in the middle of doing it. Wait, the opponent moved to the other side of the screen, or is up in the air? No prob.

If Akuma shows up at all, I'd like to see the button combinations different from Ryu's, just so players would have a different learning curve.
