1 - could be a BROWSER PROBLEM (if you play in a browser), try to download the latest version of it !
2 - if it is the downloaded version. try to update your windows, has it could be a program that is doing it !
3 - download version again. try to FRESH START your machine and see if it does it again ! FRESH START means you just openned your computer and you started the game.
4 - while playing... press and hold CTRL+ALT then press and release DEL then release all buttons. then click each program, one by one and END OF TASK them all ! except for SYSTRAY, EXPLORER, RAAAPsomething (internet connection) and the window called XMvsSF ! with just that running, you're sure nothing is running at the same time !
