ok... it is useless to ask for VEGA or GUY !
why ?

because tmaypp takes the char from those games only...

XMEN : CHILDREN OF THE ATOMS
XMEN VS STREET FIGHTERS
MARVEL SUPER HEROES VS STREET FIGHTERS
MARVEL VS CAPCOM
MARVEL SUPER HEROES

he doesn't take character from SFA3 because the engine and chars aren't drawn the same style !
tho i know for sure that he takes HELPER in any GAME !

so you see... you don't see vega or guy in any of the sus mentionned games !
as for CAPCOMs chars like megaman, they are out of line too, cause tmyapp make this game like...

MARVEL VS STREET FIGHTERS
he accept any MARVEL char because he lovces marvel chars better !
but like he said, any other SF char is accepted but it must be from one of the previously named game !
