I would say that it is either Ryu or Ken, but amongst the two, i would choose ken all the way.

Something ive noticed, ryu's downward punch...the computer keeps blocking. so what i do is just keep doing it till i get level 3 power, ki blast them 3 times, and then pummel them into submission...

If you attack with either Ryu's Special Hadouken or Chun-li's special Kyoukuken (However its spelled) against wolverine when he blocks, he heals up. Please fix this, someone!!
