bison cant do a normal scissors kick =( he can...

bison cant do a normal scissors kick =( he can teleport but that doesnt help at all if the person is good =( i wanna be able 2 stop at the end of a super jump and stay there 4 a few mins XD make...

ken is 1 of the fastest ppl in street fighter his attacks has no range he just has 2 be up close he cant do hadokens long range so he makes up 4 it with his speed XD
