Hey dude,
there's a level 3 hyper combo move for Ryu. It's called the "Shin-Shoryuken" two upper-punches and then a rapid hit Dragon Punch. The command for this move is: forward, down, down/forward + Any two punches!

first off, it's three punches not two, second, there is no shin-shoryuken for Ryu(on this game at least), third, *can't find a third to say*.

i have the arcade rom and play it and i also looked on site to see the #### shoryuken and havent found it for the #### xmen vs streetfighter...now please ppl give it a rest

here we go again... hasnt tmy said he doesnt want to unbalance the game by adding that move. if so WHY PEOPLE VOTING AGAINST THE BOSS. If not could you please give us your insight/thoughts tmy.

how can you unbalance something that had been made numerous times. it has been around 4 street fighter games. and isn't iceman going to unbalance the game. are you saying ewalk that no character is going to have 3 super moves, but only 2? when it is time to make akuma, how can you give him only 2 moves? he has 4

no one has ever done it to me on final burn netplay either with ryu of course

fireball is foward circle, uppercut is backward cirlce, try it

Allright, let's get this straight. While it may be true that Ryu does not have the Shin-Shoryuken in this game, he has had it in almost all of his game appearances afterwards. I think Selvin is only trying to get Tmy to consider adding it. If you want screenshots of the #### move, tell me.
