What does everyone think of adding

I might work, but I think you would also need to use MvC1's thing of only letting you use it a limited number of times, unlike MvC2 where you can do it as many times as you like.
The problem with making use of helpers unlimited is that people would OVERuse them - in a game where lag is an issue I don't think it work too well. Someone might constantly use it again and again, and like you said in another thead, that ends up with more data being transfered... yeah, it could work, but only if a limit on its use was put on. |

yeah!!! but If you where going to do it, would you use characters already being used, or would you go for different characters (like colossus, spiral, sivler samuri and zangief) or would you use the current roster. either which way, you'd have to put a ban on how many times you can use them.

Ban eh? Well, it sounds like a plan to me.
And yeah, the characters would probably be NOT from the current roster. Yeah Cyclops might be there (cause I like that #### bastard, and no one else seems to), but having Colossus, Spiral, Sentinel, Omega Red and all the others would not be hard. |

I also agree that there should be a limit..... maybe limit it to one per match..... that way people couldnt do it over and over (within the limit) like a hadouken.

Nah, I wouldn't say one per match, that's too harsh. 4 - 5 per match, I say.

It's rather easy:
Depending on the strength, weakness and formation of the striker, give him/her/it that many number of uses. Like in MvC you could use colossus 3 time's, and he would sweep in doing a maximum of 5 hits each time. Though Cyclops you could use 5 times, yet his attack would only hit you once. And Devilot... well, Devilot was a beast, unblockable but Imobile. We need a devilot In the Game for a Corner Counter. But I'm sure you guys can think of moves and such. =D |
