ive been trying to brain storm to try to get rid of one of the worst things in gaming history.

is there any way to eliminate or atleast decrease lag by alot?

ive had a couple ideas, tell me if they're ludicrous or not:

when the host clicks start game, instead of the game starting i think there could be some kind of loading screen that loads for like a minute before the game starts to sync all the computers together for like 5+minutes.

i dunno if anyone has invented a way to do that yet though

another idea was to have different chatrooms based on what part of the country you live in (east coast, midwest, pacific coast.....)

The only way to get rid of lag is if everyone uses fibre optic cables, which costs way too much.
