I think that you should be able to choose a character's secondary colors by clicking the right mouse button, or holding shift and left clicking... Yeah, that would be pretty nice.

or if the programmers are good, they could make more color palettes. If you clicked on a character, it could ask you which color palette you wanted. Man, I'm starting to have flashbacks to Marvel vs. Capcom 2.........

Well anyways, in that game, Ryu and any other character had the ability to change colors depending on what button you pressed when trying to select characters.
