Spider man will win, because he way faster, more manuverabvle, and batman is this fat jolly old bastard who always uses a "tool" just to BARELY beat someone, against the easiest bad guys, batman acts like a dick(sorry, but I had nothing else to say).

First off i just want to say this. The match would never happen on a comic book between a dc character and a marvel character unless they join forces.Second off the guy that said that there is no comparison between spider-man and batman is right. Batman needs is punk gagets while spider-man would blow batman out with is amazing speed and strength. Spiders rule and bats drool. (except when a spider goes against a bat in real life)
