To true, but if you have played ANY Street Fighter 3 game, you know that if you jump you will and should be punished. (I love that game so much, I wish THIS ONE didn't have air blocks.)

This was made on December 8th meaning Chun Li wasn't out yet, meaning he was comparing Ryu users to Chun Li, because they jump like ####.
