What I am Saying is that.. [b:post_uid10]Your Only to have one windows of Streetfighter....... If they are using 2 internet Systems *Example*: MSN and AOL and someone uses both of them at the same time.. With disabling the 2 windows of streetfighter your only to have 1 on 2 of both of the internet systems... If you want me to explain more... Well Say that Someone is cheating right.... and they have 2 windows up of streetfighter.... and they keep on cheating...... and having only 1 windows probably shuts cuts down on cheating on the game.... :cool:

I think he means cheating by using 1 account on 1 browser to beat a different account on the other browser azn.
